Skirtin' Into Spring With Charlotte Russe

Hello lovelies!
Recently I've been loving Charlotte Russe! Their dresses and skirts are perfect for spring, and I just couldn't resist showing you some of my faves!

Here's a few I want to add to my closet:

Tribal Print Bodycon Mini Skirt $10.99
The colors in this skirt are so pretty!

Boho Chevron Bodycon Mini Skirt $10.99
I love this chevron print and I think that this is a great transitional piece from winter to spring!

Neon Tribal Bodycon Mini Skirt $10.99
I normally don't like neon colors, but I think the neon and darker colors balance each other out well, and this is definitely a skirt you could wear into summer. If you wanted to, you could pair it with some tights and boots and it would be perfect for fall too! There's endless possibilities with this skirt!

Striped Asymmetrical Mini Skirt $18.99
When I look at this skirt I see Taylor Swift, it just seems like something she would wear! What do you think?

Lace Print Bodycon Mini Skirt $10.99
I think this is another good transitional piece, for early spring days when it's still nippy outside.

Knotted & Striped Asymmetrical Skirt $19.99
I really like this skirt, but I would be nervous to buy it online, let me explain why. In February, I bought a black and white stripe maxi dress at Charlotte Russe and when I got home with it, I realized that it was see through. So if you order this skirt keep that in mind!

Floral Print Double Slit Maxi Skirt $19.99
I normally don't like floral prints, but I love this color combo!

Draped Asymmetrical Skirt $19.99
I love this color, it's perfect for spring!

High- Waisted Knit Maxi Skirt $16.99
I want to add a very simple plain grey or black skirt to my closet.

High-Waisted Bodycon Mini Skirt $9.99
I'm not one to wear white often, because I always manage to get something on it, but I do think that this skirt is very pretty. I just don't know if I can trust myself to wear it out of the house!

April Goals Update

Earlier this month I shared with you my goals for April and since it's the last day of April I think it's time to give you an update.

Look into buying a new exercise bike.

Finish College Prep American History Part 1

Start College Prep American History Part 2.

Take two College Prep American History Part 2 exams.
Get A's on all my History exams.

Exercise 2-3 times a week.

Find a new eye doctor and get an appointment set up.

Log my meals/snacks in MyFitnessPal app at least 15 days this month.

Go through my closet again and get rid of the MANY pairs of jeans I never wear!

Go to the Chiropractor at least twice.

I did really good this month, I accomplished most of what I wanted to get done, and even though I didn't finish everything I'm still really happy with myself.
Now here's a little bit of information on the goals I didn't finish.

Take two College Prep American History Part 2 exams.
I finished Part 1 and I just started Part 2 yesterday. The reason I didn't accomplish this is because I didn't realize that for the last two unit's in Part 1 I would have to do double the reading.
Unit's 1-3 of Part 1 only had 3 chapters each, so that's what I was expecting for Unit's 4 & 5, but instead they had 6 chapters, so I wasn't expecting that and it messed up my schedule, but that's okay, next time I'll just have to pay more attention.

Exercise 2-3 times a week.
I almost made this happen. But last week I didn't exercise, and the first week of the month I only exercised once. I'm kinda sad about this, but I'll get over it, as I explained yesterday I'll be joining the gym soon, and hopefully I'll be able to buy a new stationary bike to have at home too.

Go through my closet again and get rid of the MANY pairs of jeans I never wear!
I'm just going to be honest I completely forgot to do this. This month has been all over the place, and I just didn't even think about my closet.

Well I guess that's it for April, this year is going by way to fast, I can't believe tomorrow is the first of May!

You all know that Fall and Winter is my favorite time of year, but I also like Spring. I'm happy for the longer days and warmer weather, I'm just not looking forward to Summer. I know, I know, I'm not like all the other bloggers you follow who can't wait for Summer to get here, but that's just me!

Nordstrom for Fall

    This month marks my one year of blogging, and if you've been reading my blog that long then I'm sure you've noticed my writing has improved A LOT.
     Last year I did a fall series, this year I wanted to do something similar, but instead of focusing on me, I want to focus on beauty trends, and whats going to be in stores.
      For fashion I'm going to be doing a high end store, and a low end store. As you may have guessed my high end store is going to be Nordstrom, and my low end store will be Charlotte Russe.

Good Deals #3

       Today I wasn't sure what I wanted to post, so I went back and looked at the past few months to see if it would help inspire me. While I was browsing through my archives I realized I hadn't done a Good Deals post since March, so I think it's about time for a new post.

1.)   Topshop Princess Seam Tank Dress- $40.00 (Link)
   - I think this dress is a really good deal because you can wear it all the time. You could dress it up for a night out, or just wear it with flats during the day, and it would still look perfect.

2.) Whichgoose White Rose Bobby Pins- $20.00- (Link)
- This is a set of 4 bobby pins, and the reason I decided to include them is because they are so adorable, and they would just be perfect to wear during the summer.
    I also wanted to include them because they are part of a new partnership that Nordstrom has, they have teamed up with Etsy to provide a new collection of handmade and vintage goods.  I've never used Etsy, but I know a lot of people do, so if you didn't know about this new collection, now you do.

3.) Bobeau Asymmetric Knit  Maxi Skirt- $59.00  $39.90 (Link)
- First I would just like to point out that this skirt is currently available for 30% off. Not only that but it looks so soft, you can just tell by looking at it that it so comfortable. I think this skirt would look good on all body types because of the ruched seams, I love clothes with ruched sides because they are so flattering.

4.) Deborah Lippmann 'Let's Go Crazy' Glitter Nail Color- $19.00 (Link)
 -Normally I would never consider paying more than $5.00 for a nail polish, but if I could find this nail color in a store near me, I would so buy it.  It is so pretty, I've had this on my wishlist for months, and I think I just might have to break down and buy it.

5.) Steve by Steve Madden 'Easy Going' Tote- $90.00  (Link)
- This is the perfect tote bag, it could be used for many different situations. It could be used as a gym bag, beach bag, diaper bag, or just as an everyday bag. It has a lot of little compartments, which I absolutely love, and it also has an optional crossbody strap.

Good Deals: Charlotte Russe Edition

        Okay so I had a brilliant idea today, instead of showing good deals from multiple sites why not just one. Today I decided to do Charlotte Russe, I recently discovered her clothes, I knew about her line, but I always thought it would be out of my budget. Well surprise to me it wasn't, it was actually a lot cheaper than most places I buy clothes from.
    Floral Skull Print Hi-Low Dress-  $32.99 (Link)
- When I first saw this dress I fell in love, I don't know what it is about it, but I just love it and I think it is gorgeous. The only thing I don't like is that the back is so long, so I think I would probably have it shortened just a little, but other than that it's perfect.
     Cropped Military Lapel Blazer-  $36.99  (Link)
- I love the look of this blazer, I love the cropped look. However I don't like the fact that it's only offered in Cobalt Blue. I would love to order this but it just wouldn't look right with my skin, but this would be perfect for someone with a darker skin tone.
    Draped Open-Front Cover-Up- $9.99  $7.50     (Link)
- I don't know about you but I love cardigans and cover-ups, so I was especially excited when I seen how many they had on their website. And then I saw the price tag, currently on sale for only $7.50. I immediately added multiple different styles to my wishlist, and I plan on buying some next week. This particular cover-up is available in 5 different colors. But before deciding on this one I would recommend you look at the other different styles they have so you make sure you buy the right one for you.
     Studded Cold Shoulder French Terry Top- $19.99 $15.00  (Link)
- Again here is another item currently on sale. It is available in 2 colors, and I think would be perfect for a chilly Summer night or a nice Spring day. I've always loved cold shoulder tops, I don't know why, I guess because I get to show off my shoulders without having to show my arms.
    Matte Black Liquid Leggings-  $14.99 (Link)
-  So at the moment I'm kinda loving leather, whether it be leather boots, leggings, or leather jackets, I'm all about the leather. I've been looking for some leather leggings but hadn't been able to decide what to buy. I was going to buy some from Topshop, but I decided I wanted to buy a cheaper pair first, and see if I like the way they feel before spending more money on a better quality pair.

Good Deals #2

   So I decided today would be a Good Deals post because the last one I did was in December. I know I love to find good deals as I'm sure every one else does, so let's get started.

Sole Society 'Sabine' Oxford Booties-  $59.95  (Link)

 - These booties are available in sizes 5-11 and are in the color Platinum, and they are also available in tan. They are menswear inspired, and I love them. I'm thinking of buying them, they have my size which is always a nice thing, but I'm not to keen on the idea of buying shoes online.

Tory Burch 'Wray Mix' iPhone 4 & 4S Case- $50.00  (Link)

- I love the design of this case, I've been think about buying it for the past month, but I think I'm going to hold off. Mainly because I just got a iPhone case and so I don't really need one.

- Yes another Shirt dress, but once again th price is way too good to not let you know. This dress retails for $129.00  and is currently on sale for $49.97, it is available in 3 different colors all of which are beautiful.

- Here lately I've been loving the look of shirt dresses. I think they are just something that is easy to dress up or dress down. I picked this shirt dress to show you because it is currently on sale for $48.24, it is normally $72.00.

Ebay Charity Boutique   (Link)
- Okay so this one isn't really a bargain but I wanted to include it. Demi Lovato has recently opened a charity boutique on Ebay, all of the profits go to Free the People charity. I wanted to include this because I feel like this is an amazing charity, and also because the clothes are so cute.
   Currently available in the store are mainly dresses. One of the dresses is from her Skyscraper music video and the current bid is $5,100.00. She also has dresses from other music videos, clothes from being on tour, and from the X-Factor.
   On the current clothes available right now there is only 3 days left to bid. But on Twitter there was a picture saying there was more to come.
