Book Synopsis
Raleigh West works in an auto shop day and night, trying to put his broken past our of mind. It's been seven years since the fiery crash that landed his teenage sweetheart in the hospital...and him in jail. In an instant, he lost everything: his passion for racing, his hope of escaping his father's shameful legacy, and the only girl he ever loved. Raleigh hasn't seen her since that awful night. Never got a chance to apologize. And never forgave himself, either.

When brave, beautiful Mia Wentworth returns to the Florida coast for the first time in what seems like forever, it's not to see Raleigh. Even so, the moment she arrives  she can feel his presence like a gust of wind that gives her goose bumps. Opening her heart to him again seems impossible. But staying away? That might be harder still. Lucky for them both, Mia's never been the kind of woman to take the easy way out.

What did I think? 5 Stars

Like: Everything!
Dislike: Nothing

Would I recommend it?
Yes, I would definitely recommend this book, I really enjoyed this story and will definitely be reading the second book in this series when it comes out in December!

I think the main characters in this book were very realistic and you could feel the chemistry between them from the beginning. I found the characters to be very likable and I wouldn't change anything about them. The setting was great, I think the beach and sun are very therapeutic for a lot of people, so I think it really fit with the theme of forgiveness and second chances.

I love that the author has decided to make a second book (Falling Hard) about Pax Sullivan, one of the books secondary characters. Even before I found out there was going to be a follow up, I knew that his character would make an awesome story on it own. Plus I really want to find out what happens to Rose!

What did I think? 4 Stars

Would I recommend it?
Yes, I would definitely recommend this book, I really enjoyed reading it and would happily read it again. I gave this book 4 stars because there was nothing I disliked about the book, but it also didn't completely wow me.

I like that this book wasn't too explicit, so don't let the synopsis fool you into thinking it is. I would say that this book is a sweet contemporary romance about second chances.

I was hooked from the very beginning, 'The Millionaire Daddy Project' is fast paced and has a very engaging plot. I like that the chemistry between the main characters was there from the beginning, it didn't just magically appear one day.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book, the chemistry between the characters was believable, the plot was believable, and I didn't want to put the book down. I've never read anything by Roxanne Snopek, but after reading this book I plan on looking into more of her work and I'll let you know how that goes.

So the moment Chaz touches her and everything turns to lust, Lulu knows she can never reveal her identity. But desire has a memory of its own, and Chaz has vowed to find his fantasy woman before the holidays end.

What did I think? 3 Stars

Would I recommend it?
If you want a fast-paced, quick read, with lots of sex, then yes I would recommend this book to you. If you're not into books with a lot of sex and sex talk, then you should probably pass this one up.

As for the characters, the chemistry between Lulu and Chaz is there from the very beginning, you can't miss it. I really enjoyed the secondary characters, I enjoyed the relationship between Lulu and Chaz's siblings.

Overall, it was an okay book, I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either. I've read other books by Leslie Kelly that I liked, so I would definitely read more of her work, and I would recommend you check out some of her other books.

About The Book

Genre: Romance

Length: 192 Pages

Publisher: Harlequin Desire

Release Date: April 7, 2015

Book Synopsis
Workaholic Cassidy Corelli was a virgin...until her one night stand with Gavin Kavanaugh. Now the daughter of a Vegas mogul has two little problems - the twins she's carrying! When her father disowns her, she's left with only one place to go - back to Gavin!

But the millionaire's been burned before. He wants a paternity test. Until then, he's determined to keep this woman out of his bed - for his own good. But once he's enjoyed a perfect passion, can a starving man deny himself one more taste?

What did I think? 4 Stars

Would I recommend it?
Yes, I would recommend this book, it wasn't the best, but I still really liked the story. I liked Cassidy and Gavin's characters, but I'll admit there were times where I really wanted to slap Gavin for being an idiot.

The characters romance definitely wasn't believable, but I still enjoyed it, and it didn't take away from the story. The characters on the other hand were very realistic.

This book is a great, quick read. Lately I've been mostly into romantic suspense books, so since this is a Harlequin Desire it's definitely a little more heated than I'm used to when it comes to the sex scenes. However, I like that it wasn't overdone and it didn't make me want to cringe.

Overall, I think that this book is worth the read, it's a light, quick and enjoyable way to spend an afternoon!

Thank you Harlequin via Netgalley for providing me with this book in exchange for an honest review!

Review: Adovia Purifying Dead Sea Mud Mask

Hello Lovelies!
Today I will be reviewing Adovia's Purifying Dead Sea Mud Mask. This mask retails for $19.99 and if used once a week can last up to a year!
I've used this product about a few times now and I've applied it and removed it differently each time, so I think I have a good idea of what I think about the product.

This product is very thick, so it does take some work to get the product on and off. I like to leave it on for 20 minutes, it takes about 5 minutes to get on, and another 5-10 minutes to take off and moisturize. I tried removing this with just water, a washcloth, and my Olay face brush.
Personally I prefer using my face brush, I started off by rubbing water on my face to get the excess product off and then I used my face brush to get off the more stubborn areas.

The mask claims to minimize pores, clean pores, and it's anti-againg. The mask also treats eczema, blackheads, acne, acne scars, pimples, and psoriasis. I really like that you can pronounce the ingredients, such as Vitamin C, aloe vera, jojoba oil, and ginseng.

I'm wearing the mask as I type this review and my skin feels like it's tingling in some places and in others it feels like it's burning. I know from the past few times I've used this, that when I remove the mask my skin is going to be red.

My skin is usually combination/oily and lately I've been dealing with lots of oil and blackheads. I haven't noticed a difference with oil control with this mask, but I can definitely say it is amazing at removing blackheads. My nose and chin were full of blackheads and now there's barely any left.

Unfortunately, from the beginning I had problems with this product. The first time I used the mask I heard a pop from the bottle when I squeezed it, it took me a few minutes to realize it, but the top of the tube had burst and the mask was spilling out onto my hand.

After that, I looked up reviews of the mask and I think it's just me cause no one else mentioned this in the reviews. I really don't think it was Adovia's fault though, when I received my box it was pretty beat up, so I'm thinking that USPS might be to be blame for this one.

Honestly, I'm not sure yet if I'll be purchasing this after I finish up this tube. I want to keep using it and maybe in a few weeks I'll notice a difference and if I do I'll definitely update y'all about it.

What do you think about mud masks? Let me know below!

Review: Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream

Hello lovelies!
Today, I'm back with another Vita Sciences review, I loved the B-12 Vitamin Cream so much that I had to try more of their products!

I've mentioned in the past that I have issues sleeping. Normally I go to bed at 4am and wake up at 7am, then usually around 10am or 11am I'll lay down and take a nap. This routine is not fun and I hate it! But I've been sleeping like this for about a year now and it's the only routine I've been able to keep.

I love that this melatonin cream is so easy to use! For the past week I've applying this on my arms 30 minutes before I go to bed and it's actually working. I can feel it start working after about 10 minutes and last week for the first time in over 5 years I actually managed to go to bed before midnight!

The product is v smooth and even though it's not a moisturizer, it does contain moisturizing ingredients, and I can tell that my skin feels softer in the areas I apply it to. I'm really impressed and I've noticed that the longer I keep using it the better I sleep! I really wish I had tried using Melatonin sooner!

Overall, my experience with the Vita Sciences Maxasorb Melatonin Cream has been incredible! I've been falling asleep faster, staying asleep longer, and sleeping better than I have in years! I would definitely recommend this to any one who has issues with sleeping but doesn't want to use pills. My whole experience with Vita Sciences had been so great that I think next week I'm going to order the Nerve Pain Relief Cream!

What do you think of Melatonin creams? Will you be giving this a try?

Book Review: Johanna Lindsey - Let Love Find You (Locke Family Series #4)

Today I will be reviewing 'Let Love Find You' by Johanna Lindsey, I bought this book last year for $7.99. This book is the reason I decided to re-read the entire series last year. At the time it had been 3 years since I had read the others, so I decided to re-read them to refresh my memory before I read this one.

'Let Love Find You' is a historical regency romance novel, set in the 19th century and it is the fourth book in the Locke Family Series. It is 418 pages long and it took me about five or six hours to read. It is available at

What did I think? 5 Stars

Like: Perfect pace.
Dislike: Nothing

Would I recommend it?
Yes, I would definitely recommend this book, as usual it is another great read from Johanna Lindsey. Honestly, I don't think I've ever read a book by her that I didn't like!

This books is different from most books I've read by Johanna Lindsey, in most books all of her main characters are aristocrats. I really enjoyed that Devin wasn't a part of that crowd, it made his character more realistic.

I really like how Devin and Amanda's romance built throughout the story and it was actually believable and realistic unlike some historical romances.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book, then again I've never not liked a Johanna Lindsey book!  I have another book by Johanna Lindsey sitting by my bed waiting to be read, so I'll definitely be reading more of her books soon!

So that's all for today, I hope you enjoyed it, let me know what you think in the comments Have you read this book?  Do you have any recommendations?

What did I think? 3 Stars

Would I recommend it?
I would recommend this book to someone who wanted a quick, easy read. Honestly this book didn't live up to my expectations, there were parts I really liked, and then there were parts that I didn't.

I think what made it fall short of my expectations was that I felt really disconnected with the characters. When I read a book I like to feel what the character is feeling and I didn't get that with this book.

Overall, it was a good book, it just didn't live up to my expectations.

Yes, I would definitely recommend this book. It's a clean Christian romance, that kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I took me about two hours to read this book, once I started reading it I couldn't put it down.

What did I think? 5 stars

Like: Well written and fast paced.
Dislike: Nothing.

Would I recommend it?
Yes I would definitely recommend this book. I'll be honest it took me a long time to start reading this book, but once I did I couldn't put it down.

Jeff and Tessa's characters were very realistic and their love story didn't seem rushed or fake in any way. I really liked the setting in Washington, and I like that the author gave Tessa a job that isn't a super girly job. The secondary characters were also a great addition to the story and they only added to the story.

Danger At The Border is book number one in the Northern Border Patrol series by Terri Reed, but it can definitely be read as a standalone. I'm actually looking forward to reading the next book, I'm not sure when it will be released, but it shouldn't be much longer considering this book was released in September.

Overall, I really liked this book and I'll definitely be reading more from this author. I really loved how fast paced this book was, it was well written, and I didn't want to put my phone down and go to bed!

This book was so much better than I thought it would be, I thought that this was going to be one of the those series that is amazing and leads up to an incredible ending only to lost it's momentum in the last book, but boy was I wrong. So wrong!

I can honestly say that this book is probably the best end of a series book I've ever read, I stayed up till 3:30 in the morning just to finish it, and I have no regrets at all!

The final book in The Coltons: Return to Wyoming miniseries was the best book I've read in months, it was the perfect way to end the series, and I think it was the best one in the entire series! Since all the books in this series were written by different authors, this is the first time I've read any of C.J. Miller's books, but I can definitely say I'll be checking out some of her other books!

What did I think? 4 Stars

Would I recommend it?
Yes, I would recommend this book if you have the time to read the other books in the series, if not, then you should probably pass on it Don't get me wrong, I really did like the book, but I feel like there's something missing, I just didn't enjoy it enough to give it 5 stars.

I think I'll go ahead and give the second book in the series a shot, but I'm not getting my hopes up.Honestly,  I just wanna see what happens in the search for the murderer and the missing heir.

Overall it was a good book, it was something to pass the time when I couldn't sleep. I liked the books plot, but for me to give it a 5 I needed more details and answers.

What did I think? 5 Stars

Like: The epilogue.
Dislike: Nothing.

Would I recommend it?
Yes, I would 100% recommend this book, I loved reading it, and I couldn't put my phone down till I finished reading it!

I really liked the part near the end, we'll call it "the hospital part", I like that author didn't try to make everything all right. What happened is something that happens quite often and it's not something you see in books, so I like that she included that and didn't try to make it out as no big deal.

Overall, I really loved this book, my favorite part was the ending. I'm a huge fan of epilogue's, and the epilogue in this book was a brilliant touch and I'm really glad that the author decided to include it!

What did I think? 5 Stars

Like: Most of the book.
Dislike: Short ending.

Would I recommend it?
Yes, I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a quick, fun read. This is the first book in the Brides & Belles series, but I actually read the second book first. So since I had already read the second book I knew how the first was going to end.

Some little parts of the book that I loved was their time at the cabin, especially their Monopoly game, and I also loved the part with Ian's housekeeper Winnie! The only thing I didn't like was the ending, I feel like it should have been longer, but other than that I loved the book.

Overall I loved this book and I look forward to finishing this series, hopefully in the right order this time!

Blogmas Day 16: Top 10 Tuesday: Top 10 Books I Read in 2014

Top 10 Tuesday is a weekly link-up hosted by The Broke and the Bookish.
This week's theme: Top 10 Books I Read in 2014.

Before I get into today's Top 10 Tuesday, I would like to ask you to leave your opinion below on my little edit! Normally I use the one from the Broke and the Bookish website, but it's a little too small for my blog and it looks blurry, so I decided to make my own and I want your opinion! So please let me know below what you think!

The Tycoon's Daughter by Caitlyn Duffy
I really love the Treadwell Academy Series, it's probably the best YA series I've read in a long time! The Tycoon's Daughter is by far my favorite in the series and you can read my review here!

Too Friendly Too Date by Nicole Helm
If I had to pick my #1 book read in 2014 it would probably be a tie between this and The Tycoon's Daughter, I highly recommend this book, I loved it, I still love it, and I see myself re-reading this book again in the future!

To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
I read this in January for my English class and I really enjoyed it. I didn't think I would like it because I usually don't like the books I have to read for school, but I actually liked it.

Deadly Holiday Reunion by Lenora Worth
I actually just finished this book last week, but it was amazing, and I couldn't leave it off my list! You can read my review here!

Heiress on the Run by Sophie Pembroke
I won this book in a giveaway and I really liked it, I really liked the characters, and I like the message of the book. You can read my review here.

Her Colton Lawman by Carla Cassidy
I LOVED this book, I LOVED the whole series, in my review (here) I said I was thinking about buying the third and final book in the series, well, I did, I haven't finished yet, bus as soon as I do I'll make sure I review it!

Maverick Sheriff by Delores Fossen
The only bad thing I can say about this book is that it should have been longer! You can read my review  here to see more of what I thought about it!

The Boy I Love by Nina de Gramont
I really liked the characters in this book, it's one of the two YA novels I read this year, and I really enjoyed it. You can read my review here, to see more of what I thought about it!

Loving Ellie by Lindsey Brookes
This is a contemporary romance novel, my favorite part about this book was that unlike most books nowadays, it didn't rely on constant references to today's books, music, entertainment, etc. I like that this is a book that I could read in 50 years and not look back wondering what the author was talking about. You can read more of my review here!

Snowstorm Confessions by Rachel Lee
I LOVED this book, I really loved the Brianna and Luke's characters, but what I loved even more was getting to read from the stalkers point of view too! You can read my review here!

This was a really hard list to make, I read so many amazing books this year, there weren't many that I didn't like! You may have noticed a them above, this year I discovered that I really like the romantic suspense genre, that's what I mostly read this year, and I'm so happy I re-discovered my old love for romantic suspense books!

So there's my Top 10 Books I Read in 2014, what are yours? Tell me below or leave me a link to your Top10!

What Did I Think? 5 Stars

Like: It kept me guessing.
Dislike: Nothing.

Would I recommend it?

Yes, I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves romantic suspense books. This is probably one of the best romantic suspense books I've ever read! If you like Christian romantic suspense books then you'll love this book!

I really liked Jake and Ella's characters, in most books you don't really see male protagonists show a lot of emotion, so I really liked that that was explored in this book, it made you feel even more for Jake.

Overall it was a great book and I want to look into and read more from Lenora Worth'!
