The Autumn Tag!

Here recently I've been seeing this Tag around on A LOT of blogs, so I decided to do it myself. Some of the blogs have 9 questions, and others have 10, I decided to go with the one with 10 questions.

1. What's your favorite thing about Autumn?
  - I love the weather, I hate the summer, I can't stand the heat. So that, plus I think everyone is happier, and nicer because the Holiday's are right around the corner. And I also like that I can drink hot chocolate, and wear a sweater all day.

2.What's your favorite drink?
   - Hot chocolate.

3. What's your favorite scent/candle?
   - I recently bought a candle from the Glade fall collection, it's called Toasted Marshmallows, and I love it.

4. What's your favorite lipstick?
  - I don't really wear lipstick, I prefer lip balm. Right now I'm loving the EOS ball, and I also like the Nivea Milk & Honey lip care.

5. What's your go to favorite moisturizer?
  - I love the Simple

6.  What's your favorite colors for your eyes?
  - I probably only wear makeup about 3 times a month, last year I only wore makeup 5 times, but this year I've had a lot of special occasions.  When I do wear makeup I usually pick between the Wet & Wild 'Greed'  Palette.
Or  I will use the Merle Norman Powder Rich Eyeshadows in 'Desert Sand' and 'Taupe Suede', unfortunately they are super old, and I don't think they're sold anymore so I'm going to be really sad when I finish them.

7. What's your favorite music or band/singer to listen to?
-Right now I'm loving Demi Lovato, and also Evanescence.

8. What's your favorite outfit to wear?
  - Usually a cardigan, jeans and boots. Other times I'll wear yoga pants, a huge sweater, and either boots or flats.

9.  What's your favorite Autumn treat?
   - I love to bake cakes, and help my aunt make homemade Pumpkin Cream Cheese Rolls.

10. What's your favorite place to be?
    - At this time of year I love to be in bed, with my window up, sipping hot chocolate, and reading a good book.

If you wanna do this tag please leave a link below so I can see yours.

So that's all for today, I'll have my usual post up a post up on Friday.  Let me know what you think in the comment section.
                                                           Stay Creative,

Walmart Haul

I've never actually done a Haul before, so I thought why not do one today. These are all products I bought this month, and I wanted to share them.
I'm not really sure if this counts as a Haul considering it's only 6 items, but let's just call it that.

1.) Revlon Nail Polish in Graceful 320
    - I actually haven't tried this one yet, I've had it for a while now, and just haven't really thought about using it. It will probably be later next month when I finally get around to it.

2.) Revlon Nail polish in Smoldering 370
     - You don't have to wait as long for this review it will be published next Tuesday.

3.) Revlon Matte Top Coat 790 Nail Polish
   - I have a review on this that I have scheduled for November 12, so sorry you have to wait till then to hear what I have to think about it.

4.) Sinful colors Nail Polish in Nirvana 949
     - This is another one I've had for a while and haven't got around to yet.

5.)Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Nail Hardener
   - This is my all time favorite top coat and/or base coat, I love it. I go through like 10 of these a year, I use it EVERY time I do my nails.  I don't plan on doing a review on this mainly because it's something I've talked about so much.

6.) Equate Beauty Regular Nail Polish Remover
    - I actually just realized I bought the wrong one, I usually buy the Non- Acetone nail polish remover, I've never used one with Acetone in it, so I guess we'll see how this goes. This is another one I don't plan on reviewing, but though I'd include anyway.

So that's all for today, I'll have my usual post up a post up tomorrow, and again on Friday.  Let me know what you think in the comment section. Stay Creative my Lovelies, I'll post again very soon.

Weight Loss Monday's: Week 38

I would say last week was a pretty successful week, and I hope that continues into this week.
Last week I took my first English exam since I started back into my classes, and I made a 90. Today I'll be taking my second English exam, and I also have to write a political speech, that everyone seems to hate, so this week should definitely be fun.

I did very well with my diet last week, usually I'll have a soda once or twice a week, but I didn't have any last week. I did however have a  cup of hot chocolate a few times last week. I hardly had any chocolate, I've kinda just lost interest in it, and I did pretty well with everything else.

I didn't really improve in the exercise area, but I think I definitely did more than I did the week before. The reason behind this is that I've just been spending so much time studying, and doing my school work, that I'm having a hard time finding time to exercise.

  Any results?

Weight Lost Last Week:  2 Pounds
Total Weight Loss:  14  Pounds

I was so happy when I saw the scale, and I just really hope it stays off, and that I can keeping losing weight like this.

So that is all for today, I shall be posting again tomorrow, Wednesday, and Friday, so be sure to check back for that. Stay Creative, I'll post again very very soon.
                                        XOXO,

Updated Look!

Fall is in the air, and I am loving it. I slept with my window up last night and now I'm freezing, brrr!
Since it was so cold in my room I decided to make a cup of hot chocolate to warm me up, and then I decided to stay in bed and write today.
I was going to save this post for Thursday and do my update then, but when I woke up this morning I changed my mind.

My Christmas cup, Can you tell I'm ready for the Holiday's?

If you've been following my blog for a while, then you've probably noticed a lot of changes over the past few weeks.
Well I decided to go one step further, and update my entire blog. I've been thinking about it for a while, and a few nights ago I was playing around and finally I was able to put together a new design I loved.
I wanted to lighten up my blog, before it was black, with a little pink, and now it's white! It's a big change, but I really do like it.
I'm sure eventually I'll add a little color to it, but for now I just love how clean it feels. I feel like over the past month, I've really upped my standards, and I just want to keep going forward.
For a long time I felt stuck, but I'm finally coming out of my black (and pink) hole, and opening up to new things.
Recently, I've been blogging more, and I've actually written so much, that I'm having a hard time scheduling everything. So far I've got everything scheduled through January, except of course my Monday posts. But I just keep writing, but I love every minute of it!

Soooo what do you think? Let me know below. Do you like it better than the old design?  So that's all for today, I'll have my usual post up a post up Monday.  Let me know what you think in the comment section. Stay Creative my Lovelies, I'll post again very soon.
                                              XOXO,

5 Words: Week 41

I didn't realize until after I wrote this that all of this weeks words start with the letter 'D'. I don't think I've ever had a them on any of these, so here's this week's 5 words, and I hope you enjoy the theme.

Didactic- Intended to teach, particularly in having moral instruction as an interior motive.
Diffident- Modest or shy because of a lack of self-confidence.
Discombobulate- Disconcert or confuse (someone).
Divergent- Tending to be different or develop in different directions.
Dissertation- A long essay on a particular subject, esp. one written as a requirement  for the Doctor of Philosophy degree.

So that is all for this week, be sure to check back next week. Stay Creative my lovelies, I'll post again very very soon.

Book Review: Marie Kelly- Kidnapped the Wrong Sister

Today I will be reviewing "Kidnapped the Wrong Sister by Marie Kelly', I got this book through iTunes Books for free. At this time you can also get this book through Kindle for free.
Kidnapped the wrong sister is a romance novel that is 138 pages long. I probably spent maybe 3-4 hours reading this book.

Since my e-book version didn't have a blurb, here is one from Amazon that I trimmed down.

" Mistaken for her sister, Diona Brown had been tricked into visiting the island home of the Billionaire Nikias Drainias, who planned on keeping her there as his prisoner to stop his brother from marrying the woman he believed to be no more than  gold digger.
However passion had quickly flared between the two, and now Diona had found that she has to escape to not only save her sister but also herself from the enigmatic and distrustful Greek."

What Do I Think?   3 STARS

I feel like this book had a lot of promise, but to me it just failed miserably. I hated the ending, it ended way too quickly, and a lot of things just didn't make sense.
The author used the word HAD a lot, and there were times when you weren't sure who's point of view you were reading from. There were a lot of grammar and usage mistakes, and I feel like if the author had spent more time editing it may have improved the book.
I don't think I would recommend this book to anyone, there were parts where I skimmed over stuff just because I wanted the book to end already.

So that's all for today, I hope you like my little review, I'll have my usual post up Friday. Have you read this book? What did you think? Do you have any recommendations?
Stay Creative my Lovelies, I'll post again very soon.
                                         XOXO,

Weight Loss Monday's: Week 37

Last week was actually a pretty good week, the weather is beautiful, and I feel like I really accomplished a lot.
For my diet, I did really well, I didn't eat much, because I have a sore throat, and I've also been sick to my stomach a lot this past week.
Last week I actually did more exercise than I had in the past few weeks, so I feel like that really helped.

Weight Lost Last Week:  1 Pound
Total Weight Loss:  12  Pounds

I wasn't really sure if I had lost weight, I felt like I had but I wasn't sure. I'm starting to be able to see results, around my shoulders, and collar bone. One pound may not seem like much, but I feel like it's a start, and I'm just happy I'm actually losing weight, and that I'm no longer at a standstill.

So that is all for today, I shall be posting again tomorrow, Wednesday, and Friday, so be sure to check back for that. Stay Creative, I'll post again very very soon.

Book Review: Mira Lyn Kelly- Waking Up Married (Harlequin KISS)

It's been a while since I did my last review, and so I decided that's what I wanted to do today.

Today I will be reviewing 'Waking Up Married' by Mira Lyn Kelly, I got this book through iTunes Books for free. At this time you can also get this book through Kindle for free.

Waking Up Married is a romance novel that is 251 pages long, I'd say it took a total of maybe 5 hours to read. Overall it's a cheesy romance novel, but the author was able to make it into something special.
I was looking for a fun, quick, and easy book to read, and I got exactly that. I wasn't expecting much, but overall the dialogue was amazing, totally not what I was expecting.
To me I feel like the sexual tension between the two protagonists was handled very well. Normally in a book like this you expect to immediately have a lengthy sex scene telling all the details, so it was rather refreshing to not get that immediately, and to actually let the storyline progress before they jump into bed.

       What did I think?

Overall the only thing I didn't like is that I feel like it ended too quickly, and I wish there would have been maybe one more chapter. But in the end I would recommend this to anyone who loves a good romance novel.
So that's all for today, I hope you like my little review, I'll have my usual post up Friday. Have you read this book? What did you think? Do you have any recommendations?
Stay Creative my Lovelies, I'll post again very soon.

Review: Sally Hansen Hard As Nails Nail Polish

It's been a while since I did my last nail polish review, so I decided today was the day to get back to it.
Today I will be reviewing the Sally Hansen Hard As Nails in Rock Bottom 770.

I bought this nail polish a few weeks ago for about $2.00, it was on sale, and I thought it was a beautiful color. I've never used the Hard As Nails, I always use the Hard As Nails Xtreme Wear, so I suppose you could say I had high expectations.
In the bottle it looks like a dark purple, but on the nails, it is very sheer, in these photos I've applied 2-3 coats, and it's still sheer. So needless to day I was very disappointed.
I wore this nail polish for about 4 days, and it chipped, flaked, and made my nails feel weak. My mother also tried it and she said it made her nails feel weak too.

What Do I Think?
I would not recommend this nail polish, the color isn't what it looks like in the bottle, and the formula is terrible. I don't see myself using this bottle of nail polish again, I'll probably give it to one of my cousins.
So that's all for today, I'll have my usual post up a post up tomorrow, and again on Friday. Will you be buying this? Have you tried it already? Let me know what you think in the comment section. Stay Creative my Lovelies, I'll post again very soon.
