Ways to Start Your Day Off Right

Hello Lovelies!
I've had this post in my draft box for years and for some reason just never finished writing it. I'm really trying to clean up my draft box and get some new stuff in there for days where I can't find the motivation to write or just can't get my words to come out the way I want them to.

The inspiration behind this post came from the fact that I have always struggled with mornings. I have a love/hate relationship with mornings. I want to stay in bed and rest, but at the same time I want to get up, get the day started and over with so I can come home and relax.

I've actually been doing good here lately I've been getting up around 8:30 - 9:00am and being ready to start my day by 10am, some days I'm up earlier, it just depends on my work schedule, I've been working a lot of late nights since I changed positions,

So here's a few things that have worked for me, I hope it helps you start the day off right!

Links to Love

Hello Lovelies!
Well it's been one of those weeks where everything has decided to hit the fan! Work has been nuts, obviously working with jewelry everyone waited till the day before and of Valentine's day to actually do their shopping.

On top of the work hustle, my mom has been sick and had to have surgery yesterday. I've been worried sick about her, I'm just glad we were able to get it taken care of before it got worse.

I miss blogging, I really do, but it seems like every time I start to get back into it something happens and then I have to take time off again. It's driving me crazy, I'm not giving up, but I do think it's going to take time for me to figure out where I want to go with things right now.

So, I think that's all for today, thank you so much for sticking around even when I'm off in another world. Here's this week's Links to Love!

Book Synopsis
Days before Christmas, CIA agents Amber Starke is on the run with her murdered best friend's special-needs son. And they're next on his criminal father's hit list. Amber failed her undercover mission to bring down her friend's husband for his crimes, but she won't fail to protect her friend's son. Now that the killer knows she's not just a nanny but an agent, she must rely on her childhood crush, Deputy Lance Goode. The handsome lawman was burned in love by his first wife, who was killed while evading the law. But he'll do everything he can to help Amber, except offer his heart. Unlocking the secrets in Amber's autistic charge is the key to their heart, but with the killer on their trail, one mistake could cost them their lives.

What did I think? 5 Stars

Like: The entire series.
Dislike: Nothing!

Would I recommend it?
I have read three of the four books in this series and I have loved all of them. I would definitely recommend this series to anyone looking for a new series to read. I'm starting to think Lynette Eason is my favorite Harlequin author, maybe even just my favorite author.

This book has everything that I love about romantic suspense, murder, kidnapping, attempted murder, trust issues, family, love. I love the ending and I really hope the author writes another book in this series and mentions Amber and Lance.

Overall, I definitely recommend this book and this series, I love these characters and I really hope we get an update on them very soon.

Thank you Harlequin via Netgalley for providing me with this book in exchange for an honest review!

Weekly Inspiration

"Trust because you are willing to accept the risk, not because it is safe or certain."

I've been struggling with trust a lot here lately, I'm trying really hard to work on it.

Goal: Be more trusting of the people around you.
