Weekly Inspiration

You can only be strong for so long without breaking, so take some time and let yourself feel what you've been bottling up, cry, hit something, eat a carton of ice cream, and let yourself cry. When you're done you will feel so much better because you won't be holding on to everything that was hurting you.

Goal: Stop holding on to the pain inside and let yourself have a breakdown every once in a while.
